~HAPPY~

10 WAYS TO BE HAPPY
1) Change your thinking. Live every day as it is your last.

2) Don’t let small problem bug you. Wasting your energy and time by getting upset about life’s many minor irritations is not worth it. Smile and wave to the driver who won’t let you merge into his lane.

3) Do unpleasant or difficult chores that need doing. Do them NOW. Procrastination drains your energy and burdens your mind. If you are thinking and worrying about something that needs to be done, you might as well be doing it.

4) Don’t try to keep up with others. So, your neighbours have a larger home, the latest car- who cares? Look again. He works on the weekends, and never seem to see friends. Who’s better off then..

5) Learn to say NO. You don’t have to do it. Your life is already too busy and you are running from one thing to another. Give yourself some space to think and time to do something for yourself.

6) Phone, e-mail to some old friends.

7) Go to the beach. The long views, the wind, the waves, there is nothing more beautiful and calm compared to that.

8) Give yourself something to look forward to. Book a holiday, a night out with friends, a movie and etc.

9) SMILE. Smiling is contagious-try it and see

10) Make someone else’s day happier.

With a little effort, you'll learn something new -- big or small -- every day.

Don't let anyone who's jealous undermine you, whether it's by tossing you a demeaning glance or making a snide comment. You know you're good, and you know the higher-ups know -- or they wouldn't have chosen you. Ignore the intruder. They'll definitely be gone soon.

The spirit, the will to win, and the will to excel are the things that endure. These qualities are so much more important than the events that occur." Vince Lombardi
The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand." Vince Lombardi

"It takes a little courage, and a little self-control. And some grim determination, If you want to reach the goal. It takes a great deal of striving, and a firm and stern-set chin. No matter what the battle, if you really want to win, there's no easy path to glory. There is no road to fame. Life, however we may view it, Is no simple parlor game; But its prizes call for fighting, For endurance and for grit; For a rugged disposition that will not quit." Navy SEAL Masterchief

Fight one more round. When your arms are so tired that you can hardly lift your hands to come on guard, fight one more round. When your nose is bleeding and your eyes are black and you are so tired that you wish your opponent would crack you one on the jaw and put you to sleep, fight one more round – remembering that the man who always fights one more round is never whipped." James Corbett

Without a sense of urgency, dersire loses its value. Jim Rohn

Everyone has his burden. What counts is how you carry it."––Merle Miller

A man's doubts and fears are his worst enemies.” – William Wrigley Jr.

Laziness is a secret ingredient that goes into failure. But it’s only kept a secret from the person who fails.” –Robert Half

"Failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently." Henry Ford "

Failures are divided into two classes - those who thought and never did, and those who did and never thought." John Charles Salak

TIME..time..time....passes fast like a speed of light...18days more.or.2weeks 4days.or...432 hours..25920 minutes..more to go before we pack our bag and lift the place we work for our training .Some will leave happily, but some will leave with a heavy heart. It was a great experience and exposure in the 4months..there are some hard times and some good times. But when I have bad times i always divert it into a positive path.

I felt like a family when being with my working frens although most of them are older than me, we blend very well. We luv to talk about food. Whatever or whenever there is conversation, the food about food will not be miss..

The bond was develop less than a month, they were so friendly and nice to talk with. There is one day where one of m=working friend told me that how if we all go already..meaning finish our training..they will be boring..no more party-ing around,gossip-ing..Birthday parties...if was so sad to hear that..But somehow we will still keep in touch. That is for sure.

To survive in any working place, one must be strong to handle any obstacle. You must also be humble and think positive. Don’t take a mistake as a failure; take it as a challenge and a learning process. Everyone makes mistake, what makes you different is on how you handle it and overcome it.
